OnePlanetCapital portfolio size and composition

For the EIS Fund the target portfolio of each investor will be 6-8 companies. The Fund focuses on post revenue investments into early stage companies. In most cases businesses will already have a product or service in the market and will be making revenue from that product or service. The majority of investments the Fund will make will be post seed and pre Series A. The overall investment size is likely to be between 150,000 GBP and 500,000 GBP.

For the SEIS Fund the target portfolio of each investor will be 10-12 companies. The Fund focuses on pre-revenue early stage businesses. Most of the investments will be made into pre-seed and seed stage businesses. The overall investment size is likely to be between 50,000 GBP and 100,000 GBP
